Wonder why your invoices dont get paid? Customer then says they didnt receive it! so you send another copy... and they still dont pay!
WE MUST GET A NOTIFICATION WHEN WE SEND AN EMAIL INVOICE TO A CUSTOMER AND THE EMAIL BOUNCES.
Please consider this to be urgent.
I also complained about this some time ago. Is this not quite a basic function?
This has happened to me 3 times recently. Kashflow needs to fix this and changing the smtp settings is not an option I want to get involved with.
Hi, in Settings, there is a section called SMTP Configuration which can be used to send KashFlow emails via your own email account. By doing this, you will receive any undelivered notifications directly to your inbox. Hope that helps.
