Xero and Quickbooks have bank feeds that don't disappear if you click on another screen - The transactions remain in the software.
It really annoys me having half of my transactions matched then having to take a phonecall or running out of time in the day as when I go back in and retrieve the transactions again they are unmatched. This is especially annoying if I have to re-input the bank login details if clients bank with HSBC or Barclays as it often means I need to ring them again to get the login details from the chip and pin reader.
This doesn't happen in competitors software so must be possible.
