add terms and conditions on second page of invoice

It's vital customers are aware of T&Cs, anything longer than a few sentences won't fit on the current invoice.  To add them as an attachment to the email with the invoice means that a customer can claim not to have seen them whereas if they're an integral part of the invoice there's no excuse.
