We work on a deposit and stage payment accounting system and would like to be able to convert the original quote to separate invoices at the different stage of the work i.e. deposit then next stage and final payment. This is to ensure there is not an overpayment of VAT by generating a single invoice for all work at the beginning of the project but only part payment received.
