Hi. I've had to contact you through online chat because our account was blank. It was quickly established that we had been locked out because of too many wrong password attempts. We have been using Kashflow for several years, and didn't know that this could happen. It was particularly disconcerting because there was no warning; other sites usually flash up a message saying that you only have one password attempt left. Please could you look into putting this message on. Thanks.
Hi, We have had a similar issue and there should be a message on the screen after entering the password but before the memorable word saying that the account is blocked rather than a grey screen with no message after you have entered the password and memorable word as it is not apparent the cause of the grey screen.
