In a lot of businesses Account Managers are paid bonuses for how much revenue they bring into the company. There is a field in KashFlow that allows us to add the Account Manager to the client account but this doesn't allow us to run a report that just brings up their accounts. Right now we're having to scroll through hundreds of clients and pick out the ones that are allocated to a specific Account Manager which is extremely time consuming.

similar to what i just posted , that client service manager need access to print and create their own invoices as they deal with the clients for new requirements so they need to have view only access for some clients and full access to create / edit / delete invoices for others they direclty manage
