It would be useful if KF could remember email addresses like it used to rather then keep having to type them in each time

It is time consuming to keep typing in email addresses

      Hi Natasha

      I know this, I would like it to remember if I want to send to myself from
      time to time without adding to the main customer page. KF used to do this
      like other email program,mes such as gmail/outlook

      Hi Karen

      If you enter the email address on the customer's contact record, it will be remembered.  You can do this in by selecting the customer and entering their email address on the first screen.
