Repeat invoices reports

I'd like to be able to generate a monthly sales reports that separates out repeat invoices from one-off/project-based invoices. Our business has a number of clients who pay a monthly retainer over a fixed-term contract, and it would be useful to be able to analyse the two different revenue streams.
