Include all liabilites in 'Money you Owe' section in Financial Overview - VAT, CIS and CT creditors

Currently there is no quick and available figure in the Financial Overview to show clients what money can be drawn down as a dividend as the total available figure is incomplete/inaccurate.
Please can the dashboard be changed to include all liabilities so that distributable reserves can be more easily identified.
It would also be a useful to show all liabilities are outstanding not only purchases e.g. VAT, CIS, corporation tax etc.
