Being able to send multiple emails at once

I would like to be able to write one email and send it to all of my customers in each category. Instead of having to re write it each time.

Hi, Can I suggest using a specialist email marketing system such as mailchimp that will integrate with KashFlow? Alternatively, when you open an email to be sent in KashFlow, you can CC in other recipients. We are unlikely to build a mass mail function into our bookkeeping system unfortunately, unless there is a large demand for such functionality.
