Pay-day to be day specific (e.g. last Monday) rather than date only.
Some of my clients pay their staff on a monthly basis, which is not a date, but a day of the month. This would be good to included this in the list of dates, first-Monday, second-Monday, third-Monday, etc. to provide the correct pay-date on pay-slips without manually amending the setting each month.
