Thanks for your suggestion. This isnt something that we have looked at previously as PDF's do give the added security of clients editing documents etc without your knowledge.
It would be a manual process for now unfortunately involving a template your side that information could be input to. If the feature does receive a number of votes however we can look to add it into our roadmap.
