I think it would be great to finally have a VAT report which shows the purchases & sales (in reference order to match the file rather than date) that includes the nominal code the expense was posted too, the gross, VAT & net values on that invoice. I think it would make reviewing VAT returns a much quicker and clearer process.

I completely agree. Other softwares such as Sage & Xero do so why can't Kashflow?
