An update allowing you to hide archived customers will be deployed on Monday.
Thank you for your patience on this feature request. KashFlow Canvass launches in April to replace the Customer Forum you find yourselves on today. Our new user community will allow us to interact far more often with customers and provide live updates on changes in the system and discussions with the product team. Was this update the drop down on the customer list?
If so, is there anyway we can have archived customer hidden by default instead of shown by default??

Hi Gavin,
Any changes that you make will be remembered within that particular session, please check your internet settings if not.
We have not set this as a default at the moment, but can revisit this if we get similiar feedback from others.
