Help us improve

Woocommerce or ecommerce integration

We have installed an add on that loads all our sales onto kashflow.
It transfers the following sales data at the moment. Name, contact, time, method of payment, product total and shipping price.
What we would like is to have further integration. Transfer the product name (matched up with product names on kashflow, therefore able to take items off from the stock). The most pressing item would be to show up payment method in different bank accounts rather than as method? For example on kashflow we have 3 accounts, bank, paypal and stripe. If it could show that payment went into stripe or paypal would be great. Otherwise this is currently done by us manually. Thanks

Hi Sian, We have something in the pipeline to deliver a number of eCommerce integrations including those that you mention. We will keep you updated through Canvass.

We had the same problem in our business - we have developed a plug-in that automatically imports and reconciles online Stripe payments. We are hoping to be able to offer this service to fellow KashFlow users if there is enough interest. Please let me know if you are interested (email : mark.pratt@ondemandsolutions.co.uk)

    Hi all,
Independently from Kashflow, because they refused to even acknowledge our emails for input (the support staff tried but couldn't offer much), we have almost finished out WP Woocommerce plugin for Kashflow.

We should be able to release it soon!

    Hi Kashflow,

Any news on the woocommerce integration that you mention on your page?

Sorry - seems Kashflow themselves think my message was aimed at Kashflow...
But no, I was writing to the 6 Kashflow customers who commented here and the 56 votes for this feature.

If you can let me know what you'd want from a real Wordpress woocommerce plugin, that would be great.
Kashflow seem not to reply to phone calls and emails I've sent directly about this.

    Best,
    Dom

    Hi all -

Could you email me at dom(at)brace.media as to what your ideal feature list would be for a Woocommerce-to-KF wordpress plugin would consist of?

We have a need for this as well going forward, and asap, so are looking at developing our own solution to launch within the next month if all goes well. Right now it seems the only way is via ConnectMyApps which seems to be pretty expensive.

Thanks - look forward to hearing from you.

I would like Kashflow to commit to a timeframe & then reduce costs if they don't stick to it.

I was promised multi-user functionality was imminent when I signed up in December 2015, & I'm still waiting. Personally  I'd wait until functionality is included in the price before making a decision. It's a lot of manual work changing accounting platforms and multi-user is a real basic that is not available.  Latest post says 'next few months' when I was told on the phone by the sales team in January that is was next few weeks.

This is also something we are looking at as we run woocommerce and kashflow. Integrating the two would really help us!

    Hi Dom,

We will have some news on this in the next couple of weeks. I cannot confirm too much at this time but we are looking to have integration with a range of new e-commerce platforms in place by February.

Woocommerce will not be on the list of available integrations straight away, but work we have put in place will enable us to add this to the platform in the near future. Initially we will be providing integration with large ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify.

    Many thanks

Another vote from me for this. I am having a new website built and would love a WooCommerce to Kashflow API.

We shall also be using the combination of Bank; PayPal; Stripe and GoCardless.

Any updates regarding this? We are considering alternatives to Kashflow as you have no integration with our woocommerce store.

Woocommerce has a massive market share in the ecommerce world and it seems like a missed opportunity to not have it.
