Separate Template for Pro-Forma Invoices

At the moment the only way to send a pro-forma invoice for prepayment is to alter the quote template. This obviously isn't practical as we send both quotes & pro-formas on a daily basis.
A separate template for both is needed.

    Thanks for your suggestion. Certainly, the workaround that we have proposed for a long time now isn't quite up to scratch. We will look into the possibility of adding a pro-forma option onto our invoicing screen to avoid you having to use quotes. For now, in the PDF themes you can alter existing themes so that it can display pro-forma information and select this theme when sending your invoice. KashFlow Product Team

    It would be very useful to have both a quote and pro forma option.

    Is the ad (link below) based on any kind of procedure for creating proformas other than delving into the software, changing "Quote" to "Proforma" then remembering to change it back again?

    The ad, intended to attract new subscribers, does seem to imply that proformas are easy to produce in Kashflow, which they certainly are not!
