A Customer or Sales report that identifies the number of days since a payment was last made. So we can quickly and easily identify customers whom are over 30 days or otherwise customisation. This can even be applied to suppliers and purchases.

Payment Terms - supplier terms

Many suppliers specify "end of month following invoice date" - we can only chose X days after end of month - not all months are the same length so half the time the suggested date is wrong! It cannot be that difficult to have the above as an option.
