Reinstate vCards import for Mac.

I use this option daily for multiple customers from Mac. There are of course workarounds to create CSV files but it's another job that was handled nicely previously.

Delivery receipt on emailed quotes and invoices

Define and initiate payments directly from KashFlow

KashFlow should be able to produce an XML formatted file that can be uploaded to bank to initiate SEPA, BACS and Faster payments.
