Autofill in invoice descriptions

It would be useful if like SAGE the system could remember text entered and offer as a suggestion when typing the same description repeatedly (but not consecutively)

Bank transactions - default VAT settings

When importing bank feeds and I need to create a transaction, VAT is defaulted to 20%, when this is wages, drawings, tax payments etc why cannot the VAT code be set as a default for posting to those accounts? It is a pain having to do this manuall...

Show paid date on sales invoices

Currently sales invoices show that they are paid but more government and benefit agencies are asking for proof of payment date, in order to re-imburse for childcare etc. Adding a paid date to the sales invoice would be very helpful.

Disable Quick Expenses

Mileage

KashFlow does not have an option to import mileage using csv file. Most users are using an app to track their mileage but with no way to import to the KashFlow, they are unable to take advantage of this great feature.
