It would be useful, as with Sage and Quickbooks, to be able to manipulate the invoice template with our own designs so we can add or delete fields as required

For business continuity and audit trail purposes you should be able to add an additional user. It is not recommend to share your login and password with anyone, especially payroll. Please can we have the facility to add a user.

Even on my main pc, a lot of the new design is unusable as the font size is so large - for example, the drop down menus may show 2 or 3 options before dropping off the bottom of the screen. Typing a selection from the drop-down also does not work ...

Or at least make it an option. Our customes are all UK based, so to put 'United Kingdom' at the end of the address line looks ridiculous and makes it difficult to fit into a window envelope. At best, give customers a default option.

It would be very useful to be able to see the VAT outstanding on Aged Debtors and Creditors reports so that we can easily identify VAT outstanding at the year-end for cash accounting clients.

Archiving data at year end would mean that we can retain data, even if the business were to cease trading but still have access to the information if needed

The invoice view on screen does not show the PROJECT - I need to click print to view in PDF or Edit. Please add this field to view on the screen

There is no option in Iris Pay to actually refund customers only to RECORD the refund. If customers are using this portal to pay invoices vis credit/debit cards, there should be the option to be able to refund via the same means.

As a small business we have to login to Kashflow many times a day to reconcile payments and other items.

This must be something that has been added in recently as in earlier versions there wasn't a default product field. The majority of my clients that are using Kashflow wont use this and its an extra field not needed. Would be fab if it was optional...
