Display Billing Country of Invoice

To reverse the view of reconciliations

When we reconcile - after clicking on 'Reconcile' the page displays all the previous reconciliations. The oldest ones being displayed on the top page. I think it would be much more useful to have the latest on Page 1. Could the order be reversed?

Additional Users - Project Only

We have administration staff who need to set up projects, but not have access to the other information on Kashflow. Please could you make this possible.

Can you put the date of when the invoice was paid on the invoice?

When you print the invoice off, it has a big red PAID but no date so i keep having to log back into the system to manually write the dates they were paid down.

To add a clock button to accept a quote

Choose if a field is mandatory in customer profile

I would like to make email addresses mandatory in customer profile so staff can’t add a customer without an email adreess.

Add checkboxes to invoices

it was be useful to customise some check boxes at the bottom of an invoice. Ur - order in progress, order collected etc

CIS Split

It would be very helpful (for customers in particular) to have a summary at the bottom of an invoice of the total labour costs and total material costs within that invoice. Although Kashflow does calculate the CIS, when an invoice is considerably ...

Lock out banks

We use multiple banks in Kashflow and need to hide some of them from some of the staff.
