Allow a chart of accounts specifically for the recording of Rental income and expenses, so that Iris personal tax can import the records from Kashflow using the existing import drop down menu item.

Green for customers that regularly pay on time. Amber for occasional late payers. Red for prolific late payers. This would help a lot with identifying customers who we need to chase for payment or move to proforma.

It would be useful to provide the option to process fortnightly payroll as a few clients have requested this.
