Company Registration Number

It would be best practice if limited company registration numbers could be added during set up and then selected to be included on sales invoices.

Insert missing months in bank recs

We noticed that a month was missing in 2014 as it had been deleted in error (not sure why). We had to delete all the years from 2019 back to 2014 and reconstitute the reconciliations despite all the remaining months being completed and reconciled....

Enable enterprises to be selected on transfer to Accounts Production

Design invoice templates

It would be useful, as with Sage and Quickbooks, to be able to manipulate the invoice template with our own designs so we can add or delete fields as required

Remove 'United Kingdom' from address lines

Or at least make it an option. Our customes are all UK based, so to put 'United Kingdom' at the end of the address line looks ridiculous and makes it difficult to fit into a window envelope. At best, give customers a default option.

Invoice View - Project Number

The invoice view on screen does not show the PROJECT - I need to click print to view in PDF or Edit. Please add this field to view on the screen

Proforma

I find it hard to believe Kashflow don't yet have the ability to create Proforma invoices! I have now signed upto Sageone and will be moving away from Kashfow. Renaing QUOTES to Proforma is Not a Solution!

Option to add our company bank details to customer statements

Some customers find it easier to pay us from information on their account statement. Would be helpful to be able to add this facility to our statement in addition to invoices.
