Project Field / Seach / Report

There are two date fields in the project (for dates). They are perfect for reporting but are not included in the report download - If a field is actively used why is it not included in the global report

Ability to print project reports with profitability between two dates

At the moment the Global Project Report is for all time. It is not possible to print a summary report, of all projects by profitability between two dates. This is necessary for year end accounting and provisioning

In each Project, ability to produce a downloadable word doc which we could email to clients so they can sign off on the project (as you can for invoices and quotes)

Under 'Project' I can currently get a pie chart for 'Income By Sales Code'. It would be really useful for me to be able to have a similar pie chart available for expenditure please.

Link projects to bank feed

When I import the bank I want to immediately allocate to one project rather than have to duplicate my work and go back after and repost. Also for historic work, I should be able to allocate all invoices from one customer to a project as one entry....

Include the date fields on the Global Project Report

The global project report needs the two date fields to be included as it would be very useful when export this so that it can be manipulated in excel and things like gantt charts etc can be used.

Purchase Orders in Projects

If there was a Purchase Order field in the Project page which dragged across to the global project report it would save me a lot of time doing VLOOKUP function searches and cross referencing for monthly reports. It could also automatically populat...

Assign multiple Customers to a project

At the moment you are able to assign one Customer to a project but this doesn't auto fill the project box. To save time when posting invoices it would be good if, when you create invoices, those customers are automatically assigned to a project.

Show a list of services/items that have been allocated to a project on the right of the screen that can be added line by line to the invoice

Please can you add the facility to show all services and items with cost that have been allocated to a project so that they can then be imported in to the invoice line by line or in bulk.
