Enabling email addresses to be added to packing slip

When we pass the orders to our delivery team they often email time slots so if this was on the packing slip then this would save us adding this to an email to them. The delivery team do not have access to the invoice.

interest charge on overdue invoices

the old kashflow version would show on an on overdue invoice how much interest could be charged. Because the amount changes daily it was very useful. Be great to have it back.

Keep the date the same when copying an invoice or purchase

When using the copy tool for an invoice or purchase, the date changes to the current date. This results in having to change the date every time when often the date is either the same or at least close to the previous date posted.

Edit how the Statement looks so you can add extra info like how to pay etc.

We can add a text box of info at the bottom of our invoices - in this box we add info on how to pay etc. It would be useful if we could do something similar on the statements that we send out.

Retain a copy of the quote when converted it to an Invoice

I create a quote, when I move it to create an invoice, keep the original quote in the quote list. I found the when I create an Invoice it deletes the original quote in the quote list. This did not happen in the older ver of software.
