Delivery receipts on emailed invoices

A delivery email receipt would be useful to prove that emailed invoices have actually been received so there can be no dispute.

seperate settings for adding a logo to emails vs. printed invoices,

we print invoices on headed paper but want all emailed invoices to contain a logo. The system only allows for one preference for logo but both options for background image. This looks to be an oversight.

Customers Telephone Number

The customers telephone number should be printed under the Address details on the invoice

Additional Custom Fields on Invoices, Receipts, Etc
