Can you not update the system to be able to put the account number on the supplier record as these details are used when printing/emailing the remittance surely it would make sense to have the account number on the record?

search by quote number in Kashflow,

at the moment you have to trawl through the quotes or select one and edit to correct number in address bar life would be so much easier if you could search for a number be it invoice or quote and find it with out having to search.
