additional bank streams - Stripe & Zettle

Our on-line and face-to-face card payments for ticket sales are via Stripe & Zettle respectively. It would save hours of my time if the data could be streamed into Kashflow directly - it is already done for Paypal & most banks

Supplier Reference Field on Quick Purchase invoice creation

It would be very useful if there would be an option to add the extra field when creating purchase invoice via 'quick purchase invoice'. This would save so much time going back to the invoice to edit it. having this feature is missing a point then....

system carries log of imports so in case of failure log can be used to ignore all already imported items

we have had 3 to 4 failures of this system, the system is brilliant but if you end up importing all the duplicates it is a NIGHTMARE to fix, suggestion in the "my idea" would fix that and very easy to do....

Calender reminder for actions such VAT returns etc

Instead of manually recording a note of the next client's VAT return/yearend etc into a Diary or similar. It would be ideal if Kashflow was able to send an email to warn you of the pending task for your client.

Journals - copy journal function

Whilst journal templates are useful they are time consuming, much easier to just copy a journal and amend like in Freeagent.

VAT home page

The new MTD home page is a pain in the arse to be frank. Why not list all returns on one page. It is driving me mad at the moment because am doing December 2019 returns and the view defaults to a blank 2020 page, so I have to change to 2019 then...

Bank transactions - default VAT settings

When importing bank feeds and I need to create a transaction, VAT is defaulted to 20%, when this is wages, drawings, tax payments etc why cannot the VAT code be set as a default for posting to those accounts? It is a pain having to do this manuall...
