Total line on App

When creating an invoice in the app you can only enter the base rate before VAT rather than the total costs. If you can add a total amount section like the web based version

Mobile App International Access

Not all your customers are based in the UK. It would be nice to have access to the app in the app store (Google and iTunes) with an account registered outside the UK. (Currently only UK users have access to the app..)
