Add telephone numbers and emails to Packing Slips

We use our packing slips a lot. It would be useful for the customers telephone number/email to be displayed on the packing slip so when we send the orders to our carriers we don't have to supply the number separately

Remove "Formal Notice of Default" added to debt chase emails

Export only current customer data, excluding archived customers

This would be useful to only export current customers so that I'm not sending group information to people that are no longer part of our business.

Make additional contact email searchable in Search Customer field

Seems to be a snagging issue with the Search Customer field - sometimes doesn't come back with any results, e.g. an additional contact email was not rendering a result.
