It would be useful to set the PDF theme on a per invoice basis, as well as an overall customer!

We have customers that need different templates - but only want one customer account. It is a pain having to keep swapping the default around!

Keep the date the same when copying an invoice or purchase

When using the copy tool for an invoice or purchase, the date changes to the current date. This results in having to change the date every time when often the date is either the same or at least close to the previous date posted.

Ability to add Purchase Orders from Customers

Invoices show my banking details for internet payment - this needs putting on the statements as well

SORRY - BUT THIS DOES NOT ALREADY EXIST!!! IT WOULD BE REALLY GOOD IF SUPPORT ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO READ THE REQUESTS PROPERLY INSTEAD OF PINGING BACK A VIRTUAL AUTO RESPONSE SAYING THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP.

Addition of a new date field on the invoice page and the ability to report on this field

Some of our work we invoice for is repeated on a six monthly or annual basis so would allow us to record the date of the next inspection and then run a report between a date range to see what work is required during that period.

Improve address layout on invoices

The first name and surname of the customer main contact appear as a duplication of the main contact details on the invoice. To avoid this problem the customer main contact first name and surname would need to be left blanc which is not satisfactory.
